Definitions

User The person who uses the Nusuk Hajj for individual pilgrims, and as mentioned in this Policy, also refers to “You”.

User Sensitive Personal Data: Personal Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, or religious, intellectual or political belief, data relating to security criminal convictions and offenses, biometric or Genetic Data for the purpose of identifying the person, Health Data, and data that indicates that one or both of the individual’s parents are unknown.

User Non-Personal Data Any set of data that does not contain personally identifiable information.

Nusuk Hajj This system is intended to serve individual pilgrims outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 67 countries, allowing them to book Hajj packages including (Hotels, catering, transportation, ground service, and tour guides) and request electronic Hajj visas.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah performs its duties in coordination with public and private entities, to facilitate the procedures of rituals and control and legalize the service by developing systems, using technology, raising the efficiency of workers who serve the pilgrims, and completing the infrastructure for providing religious hospitality at international standards. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah owns Nusuk Hajj. We are committed to taking the relevant measures to safeguard your Personal Data when you use the Nusuk Hajj in accordance with the Data Protection Law, including the requirements and guidelines issued by the competent authorities from time to time. We may share your personal information, including personal information that identifies you personally, with authority in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and those whom the Ministry directs to share data with, such as service companies qualified and approved to work on Nusuk Hajj, in addition to guides and workers in the call center and in the company’s customer service centers. However, we only share your personal information with a trusted related entity if that entity agrees to our privacy standards as set out in this Privacy Policy. Nevertheless, If we transfer, share, store, or handle your personal data with related entities on KSA, it will only be done with relevant protections in place. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data will be protected in accordance with Data protection systems, regulations, and policies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with legally recognized data share mechanisms.

How we store your Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data after your reservation process is completed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We shall only keep personal information as long as it is required. The amount of time we keep your personal information will be determined by the purposes for which it is needed. We will discard or securely destroy your personal information once we no longer need it. The stored data will be processed in Saudi Arabia. In some circumstances, we may be legally required to disclose to fulfill legal requirements in accordance with the laws, regulations, and policies in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to fulfill judicial requirements, or to implement an obligation under an agreement to which the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a party.   • You have the right to object to The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions including processing related to direct marketing and in accordance with the policies and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
